Beautiful timepiece

I bought this one again during new year sale and I was so happy when it arrived. The watch looks and feels stunning. Looks amazing and also the timesetting is unique . The leather as always is super smooth. Unfortunately the two pieces I received ( ordered and replacement ) both were not operational. But the customer care team handled it like a breeze. I wish the timepiece was operational and I could keep it. But having witnessed it, the elegance, I recommend it.

Earnshaw Lapidary (ES-0027-07) - Lapis Dial

Place my order online on 12 Dec 2018, and the watch reached me on 15 Dec! Am super impressed with such Super Fast Shipping, taking just 3 days for item to reach me between UK & Singapore! The luxurious watch box and the finishing on the watch are what impressed me next. As there are no Second hand, I only noted the Hour and Minute hands weren't moving after a while. I immediately shot an email to Earnshaw to seek advice. Not only were their response swift, they also offer sound advice. Following their advice, I brought the watch to a local jeweller to have the battery changed and then to 'reimburse' the cost to Earnshaw (instead of having to Return the watch be returned to them) and the timepiece has been functioning fine since. Earnshaw's reimbursement process was also swift and fuss-free. Thumbs-up. I will return to patronise them again, for sure! (P/S: The local jeweler who did the battery change also commented the watch beautiful, much to my delight, considering he handles numerous timepieces daily)
