Christmas Delivery cut-off period

To ensure that your purchase arrives before Christmas, orders must be received before the cut off time below


Midnight Monday 21st December for all customers in the United Kingdom

9am (GMT) Friday 18th December for all customers in Europe

Midnight (GMT) Sunday 13th December for the customers in the Rest of the World


We will still continue to ship orders to all regions after these dates but cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. We also cannot take responsibility for delays to customs clearance timings (if applicable) in specific regions.

 

Extended Christmas Returns

For Christmas gifts purchased after November 30 2020, customers will have up until Jan 15 2021 to request a return. Returns must reach us by Friday, Jan 22 2021.

Customer Service

Our office opening hours during the Christmas period as follows:

- 24th December 2020: Open until Midday
- 25th - 28th December 2020: Offices are closed
- 29th to 31^st December 2020: Email Support Only
-1^st of January 2021 – Offices are closed
-4^th of January 2021 – Normal business hours resume.

During the aforementioned dates, it will take us a little longer than usual to get back to you, however, we will aim to respond to all queries as soon as we can.
